Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Subscription Renewals
For subscription renewals, we offer refunds within the first 14 days following an automatic renewal, subject to a 20% administrative fee to cover processing costs. Please note that it remains your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue the service.
